Should I attend this Conference; will I be in over my head?
It is possible to have a wide range of expertise represented at a Conference. However, our Trainers are skilled at including everybody in the conversation. In mixed classes we will make sure that pace and the content is appropriate.
How big are the Conferences?
We like to keep things relatively small. In general we like to see 20 -25 people per room. As registrations grow we typically make arrangements to have a second room so that we can give people the attention that they need.
Is this a hands-on Conference?
Not all participants do but most bring a computer. Feel free to bring a laptop with your school’s data on it. We have had great experiences with Users working on computers during the Conference. It gives you an opportunity to work with a process while it is fresh in your mind. For those who do not have access to a laptop, you may rent one from Computer Resources for a nominal fee. And remember, the Trainer will be projecting an image on to a large screen for all to see.
What version of the software is covered?
One of the benefits of the class is to learn about the latest features added to MMS. We will always train on the newest version. If you do not have the latest version and you have an active Support Contract you can call us at 1.888.665.4046 and ask for the newest version. If you can not get it before the Conference the Trainer will have a demo CD and can help you install MMS before the Conference begins.
Will I be able to address specific problems or questions that I have?
Absolutely! One of the first questions the Trainer will ask you is, “What do you need to know to go home happy?” Our job is to make sure that we structure your Conference experience so that you get the most out of your time. One of the major benefits of Conferences is networking with other users. There is always a wealth of information that comes from other Users.
What is covered during the Conference?
Depending on the type of Conference, we will cover the standard functions and new features of the Modules. In addition we will cover other pertinent topics that Users bring to the Conference.
