Web-based Grade Book & Parent/Student Portal
We're pleased to now offer a MMS grade book that is seamlessly integrated with your MMS Generations student information system. Our grade book reads from and writes directly to your MMS SQL database, saving time by eliminating the need to perform data transfers manually. It automatically reads class rosters and notices changes' ensuring the grade book is up-to-date throughout the term. Beyond a typical grade book, it's also a communication portal enabling parents and their children to check daily to view grades given in each class, get assignments due, view missing assignments, and see current announcements of events. The portal is accessible for all users from a web browser.

Assessment Reporting
Tests and assessments can now be recorded and analyzed within your MMS Generations system. Streamline the process of storing and analyzing test scores of the students in your school or district. A complete assessment history for each student can be tracked from K-12. Record and report on an unlimited number of test scores for each student and choose whether the scores will appear on the student's permanent transcripts. Run reports and analyze the results for the entire student population or an individual student's entire test history.
