We offer you a choice in how to deploy our Student Information System. All options provide web access. You are given the choice of whether MMS resides offsite or onsite, and who is responsible for its maintenance.

Our most popular option is MMS OnLine, our Software-as-a-Service offering, which stores the software offsite and frees your staff of the overhead of maintenance. As the owner of your data, you may move to a different deployment method should your needs change.

MMS OnLine: Software-as-a-Service

MMS OnLine, our web-based Software-as-a-Service edition offers lower up-front costs and freedom from all technical issues. The low, per-student fee allows you to pay as you grow, and includes the complete MMS system, including our full support services, software updates, and enhancements.

MMS Hosted

If you want web access, offsite hosting, and ownership of the software, this option is for you. Avoid most of the overhead associated with equipment, maintenance, power consumption, and IT staff. We provide the hardware and the hosting services.

Self-Hosting

Our student information system may be hosted right at your school or district data center. You own a perpetual MMS license, and the software runs on your equipment that is managed and maintained by your IT staff.
